Welcome to The Arc’s Car Donation Program! Today, you have joined over 250 of your fellow Chapters of The Arc who have registered for this hassle-free fundraising program. We look forward to working with your chapter to develop your program and turn cars into cash! We are able to accept donations for your chapter at any time after receipt of this message. Your chapter will be listed on The Arc’s Car Donation Form, and donors will be able to designate your chapter while making donations over the phone at 1-877-272-2270.
To ensure that your organization receives timely payments, please send a current W-9 form. The W-9 form can be sent to the Vehicle Donation Center Program at 5606 Dower House Road, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772, or email a copy to aanderson@melwood.org.
How to Get Started
The key to maintaining a successful vehicle donation program is marketing. Attached below are marketing materials and an information PDF.
Simply start by placing one of The Arc’s car donation buttons or banners on your website, connect it to the car donation page on The Arc’s website, and include a caption letting people know how to designate your chapter as the beneficiary of the donation proceeds! You can also find addition promotional materials by visiting the Car Donation Program Page.
Then, we encourage you to read the attached PDF which contains valuable information about the car donation process, program marketing materials, and tips for discovering a new revenue stream for your chapter.
